To place an order, simply browse our shop, select the items you'd like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your order. Reach out to hello@delcornoceramics for custom requests.

Yes, we use Shopify payments to process payments, which employs industry-standard encryption to protect your information.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

We only ship to locations in the United States.

We use USPS for all shipments.

• Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

Our ceramics are hand wash only. Any piece with luster or metallic details should not be placed in the microwave.

• How do I care for my ceramic piece?

Handle your earthenware piece with care. Each piece is fragile and could break if dropped.

• Are your ceramics handmade?

Yes, all of our ceramics are handmade, making each piece unique.

• What is your return policy?

Please visit our return policy, here. Due to the handmade nature of Delcorno ceramics pieces, you should expect slight variations in color and form.

• What is your refund policy?

We can refund or replace items that arrive damaged and have been verified according to our returns/refund policy.
